To whomever use the "In Memory of" form and place "anonymous" in the Name, Email and a fake telephone number, this is not acceptable. Who makes the submission is never posted on the website, but over the 12 years I have run this site I have had some people who thought it would be funny to submit an "In Memory Of" for an individual who was still actually alive. A new form has been created which makes some changes to the way "In Memory Of Submission" are sent to me to help prevent this type of use of the form. I apologize to the family and friends of Joseph DiFiore, class of 1998 if the submission is real. It did have a link to an obituary. However, I have an obligation to all my fellow alumni to keep "private" track of who makes these submissions in the case of an error. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. So, in this case, if you would like Joseph to appear in our "In Memory of Page", you must resubmit the information.

Class of 1965 45th Reunion (Oct. 9th, Park Ridge Marriott).  Classmates have been encouraged to send messages to those at the reunion ... by sending an email to me by the end of this month, with the name of the sender typed below the message.  Appropriate messages will be included in a slide show that will run during the reception.

Okay, the new Comments/Posts section is now open!

However, I have put a support ticket in, as I have done it with another website I purchased a subscription for this service for, you currently don't see the top menu system or the bottom shared border. That should be handled shortly.

In the meantime, when you choose to post a message/comment, take a good look at all of the options. I played around a little myself as you will see on the results page, such as now having the ability to use the font you want, the size and color of the font you want. Even bold, italic and underlined. You can even insert an image although doing so the image you wish to insert must be on a website somewhere. It does not upload from your local computer. If you have an image you wish to add you can send it to me via email attachment and I can edit your post and have it added.

Also, since the menu system is currently not available, you will find a link at the bottom of the posted comments area that basically states "return to westwoodalumni.com" It should not be more than a couple of days before that issue is handled.

NOTE: You will also notice in the upper right hand corner of most posts, it simply says Email - Now, not only does your email address not show, but, if when you are making a post you can check off on email "private" and the Email link you now see will not appear.
